Get Started with your 4 Point Training Plan

Our 4 point training plan has been redeveloped with over 80 years of fitness knowledge to help clients achieve the fitness results they desire.

This Plan will help you get the results you want based on your current fitness levels. 

Goals: Day 1

Meet your trainer to discuss your goals and establish your baseline measurements, fitness and mobility. This stage of the 4 point training plan is key to creating the optimum fitness workout for you. 

Training Plan: Day 2

Getting started with your trainer has never been easier, your trainer will work along side you to ensure you understand your training plan and provide correction while you preform the exercises. 

Personal Training: Day 3

Free Personal training session where one of our top personal trainers will work with you and coach you through the intensity you need to work with to achieve your fitness goals. 

Evaluate and Review: Day 4

Time to measure the improvements, your trainer will check all your measurements and fitness levels to highlight your achievements and to redesign a new training plan to ensure you reach the next level.
